Seeking a half-time Caseworker for a First-Episode Early Psychosis Treatment Program. 

This program is part of the Massachusetts Early Psychosis Network and is guided by the NAVIGATE model for Coordinated Specialty Care. Position is based at 2 CHA locations, Cambridge and Malden, to serve a large catchment area that includes Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, Everett, and Boston’s Metro North Region. 

The Caseworker will provide coordinated care for patients, aiding patients and their families with finding resources in the community, connecting patients with treatment resources, and providing education to patients and families as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or human services preferred
  • Massachusetts resident who has knowledge and experience with community resources.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license required. Access to an operational and insured vehicle for meeting patients and families in the community as needed.
  • Experience in evidence-based treatments for individuals with early psychosis preferred
