Summary
Provides oversight of all clinical care provided by program. Carries administrative responsibility for leadership, management, budget, and interface
with other OPD programs and teams. Collaborates on hiring and budget planning with outpatient leadership.
 Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of patients, providing a range of evidence-based care. Works autonomously
and provides administrative as well as clinical supervision to multidisciplinary staff and trainees.

Recovery in Shared Experience (RISE) is a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSS) clinic partially funded by a State of Massachusetts grant to use the NAVIGATE protocol for the treatment of teen and young adult patients within the first three years of the development of a primary psychotic illness. Working in collaboration with the Medical Director of the RISE program, the Program Leader for RISE provides oversight of all clinical care provided by the program, as well as developing new aspects for the program and expanding existing ones. This position carries administrative responsibility for leadership, management, budget and interface with other programs and teams in the outpatient psychiatry department. The Program Leader for RISE is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of patients, providing a range of evidence-based care. Knowledge of NAVIGATE and the RAISE initiative is preferred, as well as knowledge of IRT and CBT for psychosis. The RISE Program Leader should be able to work autonomously and provide administrative as well as clinical supervision to the multidisciplinary staff and trainees.

Other Information
  • Education/Training: Masters degree or doctorate in mental health field. 
  •  Licensure: Current appropriate clinical licensure. 
  • Certifications: Must be credentialed by the CHA Medical Staff for practice in all relevant clinical practice areas, such as individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. 
  • Work Experience: Minimum of three years post masters degree experience in mental health and addictions setting, including clinical and administrative leadership duties with relevant patient populations.
