DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This position will provide physcial therapy on child and adolescent inpatient behavioral health units as well as the recently opened Neurodevelopmental Unit. These units are located in our brand-new state of the art location at the Somerville Hospital. 

Job Purpose: In accordance with Cambridge Health Alliance policies and procedures, and the APTA guidelines and code of ethics, this employee completes PT evaluations in inpatient behavioral health units. In addition, the employee provides PT treatments as well as PT group programming in the inpatient setting. This employee is a member of a large interdisciplinary team serving a diverse population.

Qualifications/Requirements: Inpatient child/adolescent behavioral health desired, BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy, current MA PT licensure, AHA BLS certification; new grads considered
